Unlike masculine energy, which is often associated with action, logic, and assertiveness, feminine energy thrives in the realm of emotions, intuition, and interconnectedness.
This workshop phase is all about mastering self-awareness and becoming aware of your thought patterns.

STEP ONE

„Track your Thoughts“ for at least 3 days. Try to write down as much as you can, even if you have the feeling it’s unnecessary. You can use your own journal or the Worksheet-Tool down below.

„Sort your Thoughts“ into the four categories. Try to become crystal clear on your decision. You can use your own journal or download the Worksheet Tool. If you’re not 100% sure where to place one or more of your thoughts, use the Tool for inspiration, don’t discard them.
STEP THREE
Your New Daily Habit
Learn to practice thankfulness on a daily basis. Brainstorm things you are truly thankful for and start every single day with these in mind. Place reminders in your surroundings.
Get creative…
Gather magazines, images, and other visual materials that resonate with your concept of femininity.
Create a collage that represents your ideal vision of feminine energy. Include images, words, and symbols that evoke feelings of empowerment, beauty, and authenticity.
Spend time reflecting on your collage and what it reveals about your relationship with feminine energy. Notice any themes or patterns that emerge, and consider how you can incorporate these insights into your daily life.
